15° Chase Cameras - Stiffer & instant Reverse Cam, Chase Near & Bumper only

This mod changes the camera angle for Chase Near from 5° to 15° to allow you to see what's infront and removes all but Chase Near and Bumper cams. In addition the offsets got reduced from -1, 1 to -0.25, 0.25 respectively.

This is a global change for all cars.

Camera reacts to car turning way quicker, so you see your car less from the side during turning.

Auto Lookback Cam is now instant on the chase cams.

Copied chase1 and bumper over the other cams, replacing them.
