Res Publica Patch for Invictus 1.10

描述
A Res Publica patch I made for the 1.10 version of Imperator Invictus. Works with the latest 1.10.1 version of Invictus.

Based on Papak's patch for Invictus 1.9.1. All I changed compared to that version is change setup/main/00_default.txt and the encoding of a few other files, the game will no longer crash on starting a new game.

Disable all other versions of Res Publica and load after Invictus

KNOWN ISSUES:
- The elections for Princeps Senatus and Urban Praefect don't seem to work correctly, leaving the office unassigned after a new election. -Thanks to steam user helping this seems to have been fixed for now!

Oooah I stopped playing Imperator after the last Res Publica patch broke for me after some Invictus version update a year ago. I was waiting soooo long for this!! Installing as we speak, youre the man!

Probably the best mod for this game alongside Invictus - but you can't hire researchers, and apparently they aren't selected thru the Cursus.

I did a full reinstall and that fixed it. I don't think it was related to this mod or Invictus. Thanks for the prompt response.

@Soggy Peach I can't replicate the issue, maybe unsubscribe from this mod, start the game, close it, and resubscribe to force a download of the latest version

I've just loaded up for a new game any this one doesn't seem to be loading. I haven't changed anything but wonder if an invictus update broke this? All I have are three major families at start. This was working previously so I know it has worked with all my current mods.

yeah, that is inteded by the original mod creators. you get 7.5% levy size from punic reforms instead of 2.5% to compensate

Sorry, don't know if it's intended... But to raise a legion in the capital I have to wait until the marian reform?

I'd be cautious to use HIP at all together with this mod, especially the scripted dictatorships later on with sulla and then caesar sound like a nightmare compatability-wise. at least I don't think it would crash your game, just break event chains. I haven't tested it though

@Pel I did some checking and it was my fault, the historical char mod conflicted with Res. Sorry for taking up your time. If anyone else is using Historical Imperator Pack with this just place it above Res.
