TF2 Rescue Ranger (BLU) [Chrome Shotgun]

I know there’s already a Rescue Ranger Chrome Shotgun mod on the workshop, but this is my take on it—featuring TF2 animations, full c_model support for warpaint reskins, and a working screen that actually displays and moves!
