Deadcat Rework

Here is my Deadcat Rework the goal was to give them a bit more love and some tools to not being anihilated by cannibals or other threats, especially when you play with some mods like "Cannibals Expanded". Also add new incentive to his faction with bounties, mercenaries and a place where to live.

note: Reactive world multiply instances for generic POI, in the current state the patch just adds gate guards in the mini village in Dreg. But if I expand this mod in the future I want it to work in symbiosis with Reactive World.

What does the mod:
-Expand three Deadcat locations Fisher Village (northern Coast) Gatherer Village x2 (Dreg). In dreg you will now have a real functionnal Deadcat village with a bar and a small adventure shop. For the Fisher village I expanded it and gave it tools to survive to the massive cannibals infestation.
-Added Two police stations + bounties related to Deadcat (see patchnotes) Be warned those guys live in harsh conditions so they have no mercy for their prisonners, you maybe better keep your hands in your pockets when wandering in those villages...
-Created the "Scorched Band" those guys are exclusive scorchlanders mercenaries, you can Hire them in Dreg and Northern Coast villages.
-Created Two bandits factions: "Coast Scavengers" and "Dreg Scavengers" those bandits are pretty weak, the Coast variant is slightly stronger. Those bandits will roam around their orignine Biome.
-A new Start: You and your bestfriend are ready for a new adventure in the peaceful lands of the northern Coast.

An Import or New Save is required if you already loaded those zones. (Importing after installing/uninstalling help keeping your data healthy)
