New Rebel Standard

This mod gives rebels a new standard: the vanilla Sea Kings standard. This means that rebel characters on the campaign map will now stick their standards into the ground when battle is initiated, rather than leaving it hovering in midair. The Sea Kings standard was chosen because it lacks any culturally or religiously specific symbols.
