[DrGBase] Golden Frieza

This is a full import of Golden Frieza from the game DBZ Sparkling Zero, trying my best to mimic his effects and attacks within source limits and my own.

• Fully animated high-poly Golden Frieza Model with almost every animation from the game.
  
• Fully coded NPC with around 10 attacks.
  
• Full Possession Support.
  
• NPC will target any NPC, Nextbot or player.
  
• Custom Effects.

• IN_ATTACK (Left Mouse Button) - Rush Chain (Basic)
  
• IN_ATTACK Kick (Left Mouse Button + Forward) - Powerful Kick
  
• IN_ATTACK2 Kick (Right Mouse Button + Flying) - Vanishing Kick
  
• IN_ATTACK2 Kick (Right Mouse Button + Near Ground) - Rush Chain (Kick)
  
• KEY_T - True Golden Frieza
  
• KEY_R - Great Death Beam
  
• KEY_G - Death Blast
  
• KEY_G Empowered - Mini Golden Supernova
  
• KEY_JUMP - Quick Dash
  
• KEY_SHIFT - Dragon Dash

• Improve NPC AI
  
• Improve Visual Effects on ranged attacks
  
• Add more attacks

• Black Frieza
  
• Jiren
  
• Cooler

• Added 2 commands to scale health and damage (increase it) goldenf_health_scale goldenf_damage_scale
  
• Fixed Visual Ranged Attack bugging out

• Fixed Disable Player AI not working
  
• Fixed Disable Thinking not working
