What if Polytopia was a RTS?

This mod is based on "THE BATTLE OF POLYTOPIA" a fast paced turn based strategy game from Midjiwan AB.

999999967: If i add them, i must make some drastic changes to them since you cant change the ground tiles in rusted warfare. Same for Aquarion and polaris.
