the important part says: The contracting authority points out that the requirement for one of the protective elements, which is a holographic self-destructive sticker, will be removed.

Regarding the "CZ" and EU stars on the Euroband, yes, it should be flat, without a 3D effect. I did this intentionally so I could use a lower-resolution texture and mask the pixels that were already visible.

Regarding the holographic sticker:
I know there used to be a green sticker there (probably related to exhaust emissions). After it was withdrawn (if I remember correctly, in 2015), a holographic symbol appeared in its place.
When creating these license plates, I use government regulations; the hologram design comes from those documents.
I may not have accessed the latest ones—it's difficult to find information in a foreign language, especially official documents.
If there are any newer regulations, please provide links to them.
Government regulations, regulations, etc., are most valuable to me.

Slibuji to už od vydání první verze návrhu mé poznávací značky. Z různých důvodů to trvalo dlouho, ale slib byl dodržen.
