This submission provides a community fix for the "Energy Orb" weapon unusual effect, allowing it to be reimplemented to the unusual pool. It also expands the "Energy Orb" weapon pool to include warpaintable weapons past the original 11 "Energy Orb" currently supports. Included in the promos are only a few of those weapons.

While this fix does not address issues with other weapon unusuals, community submissions for those are planned soon.

This community fix avoids altering the visual appearance of "Energy Orb"; it only corrects the problems with the effect.

Included Fixes

1. Particle Orphaning - Fixes a bug where the effect's weapon particles cover the player's entire screen upon respawn, obscuring vision and causing risks for players with epilepsy. This is achieved by replacing "Constrain distance to path between two control points" with other functions, rather than relying on an internal code fix.

2. Missing System - Restores the missing first-person Medigun particle system, as it is currently pulling from the third-person particle system.

3. Weapon Compatibility - Expands "Energy Orb" to support every warpaintable weapon, including the Dragon's Fury.
