The alternative appearance can be find in file as "NPC_489_Alt" if you prefer the left one :)

i see what youre going for but dripper eyes blend into the flesh too much and kinda just make it look like a meatball most of the time which is way less scary than one with eyes, just make the eyes a lil more visible and maybe even add the other blood moon enemies and this is peak af
