Refined Source Vehicles

Despite the primary vehicles being the Jeeps and Crown Victorias, Black Mesa uses a few other vehicle models from Left 4 Dead. This is fine, however, none of the models have been edited except for the Van which now has a visible interior.
This mod fixes and improves the vehicles to look less run-down and to have the correct license plates (taken from the Jeeps).

This is compatible with custom campaigns like Black Mesa: Blue Shift, Military, and Azure Sheep.
