Planetary Jump Gates v1.0 - 5X/UCP

Planetary Jump Gates v1.0. 5X and UCP compatible (5X is required, UCP is not required). Load this mod at the end of your other mods. Requires starting a new game if you have already researched Gravitic Fields.

Inspired by the wormhole near Saturn in the Christopher Nolan epic, Interstellar, this mod allows one to build jump gates adjacent to large+ planets in a system.

This is especially useful when using Spud's Single Warpgate Systems (5X) mod. One can now build a military outpost at the system's single warp point and still build jump gates in the system.

I welcome any feedback or suggestions for improvement.

Hey Barnacle Bill, you should now find a version of this mod that is compatible with the Vanilla game and UCP. Sorry it took me so long! Also, I only had time to quickly test it once. Please let me know how it works for you. Enjoy!

I don't run 5X and don't really want to, although I run UCP. Inability to build a military outpost and a jump gate in a single warp point system has always bugged me. Could you do a version of the mod that doesn't require 5X?
