udk: Subjects Are Always Available Despite Tech Difference

描述
A mod that enables both Player & AI to get normal Subject Types without Tech Difference Forcing you to use Protectorates.
As an additional benefit, Protectorates are still available to get if you get more than 50% Tech Difference as usual Vanilla behaviour.

This Mod's main benefit is that, in a Tech Rush game, you don't get stuck with only Protectorates
In Vanilla, this is especially bad because AI never catches up, not even your Protectorates with 80% Tech Discount. Thus, in a Tech Rush game, you get stuck with inferior, unwanted Protectorates.

This Mod is for Stellaris 4.0.*, and is NOT backwards compatible, because the way Paradox made the changed Modifiers Local instead of Global, forces me to overwrite entire Vanilla files.


Troubleshooting / Mod Compatibility::

Note: This mod doesn't change Mod Created Vassal Types. You need to modify them yourself to get benefit of this mod in those Custom Subjects.

Here are overwritten Files:

common/agreement_presets/00_agreement_presets.txt
common/agreement_presets/01_agreement_presets_ai_vassal.txt
common/agreement_presets/02_agreement_presets_ai_bulwark.txt
common/agreement_presets/03_agreement_presets_ai_scholarium.txt
common/agreement_presets/04_agreement_presets_ai_prospectorium.txt
common/war_goals/00_war_goals.txt
common/war_goals/03_nemesis_war_goals.txt

If other mods in your Mod Playset also overwrite those files, make sure to put this mod above those mods in your Playset, and also use the Irony Mod Manager to solve the Conflicts.
I've only changed the File-Only Local Variables in those Files: '@protectorate_tech_threshold = 0.4' into '@protectorate_tech_threshold = 0'
You will only need to do same change with your Mod Set inside Irony Mod Manager to get benefits of this mod without creating Mod Conflicts.

For those additional steps to solve the Conflicts, you can blame Paradox for how they used the '@protectorate_tech_threshold' variable everywhere without actually changing it to a Global Variable. It would've saved so much time and spared me from future maintenance time to just overwrite 1 variable instead of whole files.
