I would pref it give 1 great trait, 3 decent traits with 1 bad trait. For example: a master politician, with decent engineering, trade income bonus, stoic but boozer. You should add that to the description that bad traits can still appear. Good mod.

I set 1% chance for offspring getting bad traits still (25% for good traits), should I change it?
