Map Explorers

A simple gamemode that lets you explore GMOD maps with friends in a chill environment.

Sometimes, maybe you and your friends just want to look around and explore some GMOD maps you downloaded from the workshop. This gamemode removes all the chaotic distractions from Sandbox. Which makes it easier to get immersed in the map and explore.

Main Features
- No more spawn menu, toolgun, physgun, hl2 weapons, or context menu.
- Spawn menu is replaced with a custom GUI that allows you to change the map and teleport to your friends.
- Context menu is replaced with a basic third person mode.
- Some basic quality of life SWEPS. Including empty hands, the camera, a skeleton key (unlocks doors), and a telekinesis SWEP that lets you break props, boards, vents, etc. and move props around a little.
- If you're lucky, you may find a red briefcase somewhere on the map. You get money for opening it. Money can be spent on weapons.

Notes
This gamemode was designed to be played with friends only. I don't think it would work very well in a public server. (main concern is that anyone is allowed to teleport/bring, so trolls can very easily make this unplayable)

When you change the map with the Start New Game menu in base gmod, your friends get kicked out of the lobby. The map changer I added in the Q menu will bring your friends to the next map without them getting kicked.

I highly recommend you use one of these addons for player models. Otherwise, you will just be a Kleiner. The gamemode includes buttons that support them:

Convars

me_max_briefcases: If you don't want to deal with the briefcases, you can set this to 0 by typing the following in console:
me_max_briefcases 0

me_max_telekinesis_charge: If you want to disable being able to charge the telekinesis force attack, you can set this to 0 by typing the following in console:
me_max_telekinesis_charge 0
