Onslaught

An almost-replica build of the Soviet "Sovremenny" class destroyer, with a lot of "creative liberties" taken in this design. Armed to the teeth with an array of weapons, from small machineguns, 130mm guns and 'Gadfly' missiles to the now infamous "Moskit" missiles, this ship can bring whole fleets (and PC's) to their knees under the merciless rain of missiles and lead. Speed is not a concern for this ship, as she can steam along at a whopping 32 m/s, meaning only few ships can outrun her and escape its deadly armament. She does have a weakness though, as she is primarily designed around surface combat, leaving AA and ASW capabilities wanting. The 'Onslaught' is an important ship in any fleet, and will be very effective, if it gets the screening it needs from the rest of the fleet.
