Emblem Cloaks and stuff

Emblem Cloaks, moveable cloaks, some swords, some halberds, some one-handed warhammers, and a couple rings.
Some helmets...just fix to head bone in Tot and they work. Rings same story..fix to a finger bone.

Note all is made Tot! No recipes and crafting, apart from the weapons...which might look nice in a weapon rack.

The cloaks are dyeable in Tot. I will make some more stuff for this mod...Cloaks, weapons perhaps.
Biggest obstacle right now is the use of apex files for cloth in Unreal 4, a file format that is not supported anymore. And really been trying to get some nice medieval dresses in, but it just looks off without the apex files.
