A mod for Farthest Frontier that makes baking bread worthwhile. As the staple food of the medieval world, the production line for bread ought to be highly efficient at large scale once established. This mod does that through the following changes:

  • Reduces the work necessary to grind flour in windmills, and doubles the number of workers per windmill.
  • Increases by 50% the amount of bread made per grain farmed by having 10 grain produce 12 flour, and 8 flour produce 10 bread.
  • Stored flour and grain both count towards your food reserves (for happiness, birth, and immigration purposes). Note that each of these is capped by the amount of bread consumed in the last year to prevent cheesy exploits.
  • Balanced is kept by offsetting these benefits with increased villager hunger. This scales with housing tier and is unchanged for T1 and T2 housing, but increases progressively to +15% for T4 and T5 housing.

It is strongly recommended to combine this mod with Balanced Diet in order to encourage villagers to actually eat the produced bread. Installation instructions.

Farest Frontier的一个模组,让烘焙面包变得有价值。作为中世纪世界的主食,面包生产线一旦建立,就应该大规模高效生产。此mod通过以下更改来实现:

I'm sure it would, but why remove a small challenge from the game? Just build fences around your fields, that's what they're for.

Would it be possible to make a mod so deer dont eat fields? :o Tired of deer walking (from their spawn icon) over the max length of a road directly to my fields to eat them. I even have 2 hunters in the way and periodically manually hunt them all and they just respawn in the same place.
