Shotgun on Slot 4

Simple mod that swaps Rifle to slot 3 and Shotgun to slot 4; more complete than rebinding, it changes their positions in the mousewheel scroll and weapon wheel as well.

My brain associates button 4 with the shotgun because of other shooters and I keep hitting it and getting the wrong gun. Figured I'd put this up on workshop in case anybody else might like it.
