In full-bright environments, the effect is shadowed, causing a cell-shaded smoke outline to contrast the brightness. However, when you are dimly light and dark areas, the unusual effect changes, glowing and featuring nostalgic sticker stars. It's a spectrum of intensity so in most environments, the effect will be in between these two points.

Also uses Position-on-Model to adjust itself and spawn based on your hat's size and shape, as well as using Outline Tech to create the glows and rimlights.
