Modern Staff Facility (base game) - unplanted

This is a bi-level modern staff building, designed with multiple indoor and outdoor garden areas that are ready for your choice of plants! I will be uploading another version that is planted with my choice of plants, but I wanted to provide an option where you can match your zoo biome or pick your favorites.

Every piece of this building is from the base game only, no DLCs needed!! If you're not the type to grab every DLC when it's released (it's me, I'm the problem. I can't resist), then this is for you!

I've added a few screenshots of what the path would look like if the building weren't in the way, as well as a tutorial video. I hope that helps ward off the placement and pathing troubles~

If you do encounter issues, please describe them for me right away so I can fix them!

A few key notes:

* I used a null barrier to maintain terrain flattening. This should help with putting paths down without getting a terrain modification error (or having it poke up through the floor). I tested it a few times to make sure, and haven't had problems, so my fingers are crossed for you!

* The path I use is 4m wide and reduced to length 1. Most of it is laid on grid, the main troublesome area would be the staircase -- hence the video tutorial. For the most part, the type of path doesn't matter, except on the stairs where you will see it. I prefer the look of "Lodge Wood Vertical Path" for that, but you can pick what you like! You will also need some staff path around the entry to keep guests out.

* On the note of guests, the negative area is reduced as much as possible. There is one area outside the line of three staff units that may impact if you lay guest path too close. Try to avoid accidentally connecting guest path through the walls or guests will just walk in like ghosts x_x
