It's a bit long to explain, but I assure you the process itself is simple, just very tedious and monotonous.

Thank you! ‹з To put it very briefly, I find models with a basic skeleton (head, spine, hands...).
Then these steps follow:
1. Height adjustment
2. Renaming bones
3. Proportion trick
4. Qc file
4. Compilation and the model is ready

Textures are made separately. We create a folder and convert the necessary files into vtf. We write down the values for vmt.

btw describe how did you port models into gmod? just generally
