Iron HQ Expanded

This mod turns the Iron HQ into a fortified settlement surrounding a former lab. It adds the following:
- Iron mechanical and smith shops, which sell Skeleton Bandits related stuff.
- If Elder is killed, the Iron HQ is taken by the reavers. The Iron HQ, while occupied, still holds good loot.
- If Valamon is also killed, then the Crab Raiders take over the settlement. The Iron HQ turns into a mix of an outpost and a shop, and theres also a mechanical, smithy and crab shops.
- If the Crab Queen is also killed, The Southern Hive takes over.
- If the Southern Hive Queen is killed, then the settlement its taken over by the Tech Hunters. The Iron HQ is turned once again into a sort of adventure shop, and theres also armor and tools shops.
