Blessed Ancient Salamander Fix

Safe to use in patch 6.3

Fixes the new Blessed Ancient Salamander's projectile.

Instead of having an awkward firing angle and consequently missing most of its shrapnel bombs, the Blessed Ancient Salamander will now always arc its shots and they will explode in mid-air and cluster bomb the enemy below, much like the death shrieker rocket.

Update: Decreased the shrapnel velocity and increased its gravity so they are better able to land on target.
