Crab Town Expanded V2

This mod turns Crab Town into a proper capital for the Crab Raiders. It adds the following:
- Travel and mechanical shops, as welll as buyable residencies (including a dome).
- Drifters, bar thugs and plastic surgeon as bar squads.
- If the Crab Queen is killed and Valamon is alive, the Reavers take over the town.
- If Valamon also killed, the gurglers take over the town. If the Alpha Gurgler dies, the Crab Raiders return, albeit weaker than before.
