Bit of a work in progress, but I believe I've got it right. Feedback is appreciated!

Items that were restricted to the stupidly large Blacksmith, Workshop and Armourer can now be crafted at the T2 stations instead.

@WASD? I'm sure I saw a comment from you asking what this mod does, but it's not showing
Essentially it means you no longer need to build the large T3 buildings to craft specific items, you can now do that in the T2 equivalent ones.

Tinplate should be craftable in the Toolmaker with this mod, but I can also add it to the bloomery and/or T2 smelter

i like how we could see the recipes on T2 stations, but it's giving some issues with smithing++ . cannot see tinplate crafting ingots in T2 station, wille using both mods.
