描述
Welcome to Bakhmut this is my very first map made with the help of Gamerealistic Maps. The map features the western part of the city towards the ending point of the battle for the city, Not only that but the map also features the infamous “Road of Life” as well as surrounding tree lines and small poorly made trenches. This allows for combat within the city as well as combat on its outskirts. Unfortunately due to limitations because of GRM the Bakhmut MiG seen in the photos HAS to be placed by hand it can be found in the blank tab in your objects the mod for the Stella can be found down below, Another limitation are the trenches, Although i did build some they are not up to par with those of Dolphin or other creators this is because GRM does not work with trenches for whatever reason so if you wish those will have to be placed by hand as well. “Is this an accurate depiction of the city? No, It is not. Never was meant to be, In reality the MiG stella, The Bakhmut Rada and the Church all featured on the map are all located in different parts of the city, In Arma recreating an entire city is completely pointless in my opinion not only does it kill FPS but also makes everything super repetitive due to the limited assets available.

All Arma realistic map asset mods are required because of the program used to create the map itself so there is no way for them to be removed as a dependency even if i dont use any objects from those mods, As far as the soviet mods its just for more diversity more different looking buildings, ect I like RHS but it is very limiting and makes everything look extremely boring and repetitive due to the lack of assets so other mods are needed to diversify the city

And why do you need two ARMA realistic map assets if one is enough?

Why do you use mods that add Soviet buildings when one Terracore is enough? In other mods, they are either of lower quality or have problems. Why do you need many mods to expand the editor objects when 1-2 would be enough?

@Nellan The mods added as requirements are used on 90% of other Ukr related maps and other maps as well as they are essential to map building as a whole and yea im not making trash with repetitive assets just so i can have 1-2 required mods. Sorry buddy extra assets wont hurt you get to downloading

@Latest comment (can’t copy and paste your name) absolutely will with my next map, On this one i felt like the repetition of destroyed buildings kinda messed it up and the placement itself could’ve been much better, My first village attempt which would be the one without fences also kinda looks terrible im thinking about actually rebuilding that area. All of these shortcomings will be taken into account for my next upcoming map, Thank you for the feedback hope you enjoy the map.

if you ever want to make this even better , increase the randomization of the buildings so not every building next to one another is the same , fences also make a huge difference , be sure to leave openings aswell since the AI will get stuck
