Mutes the annoying repeating sounds that play in city maps. The fourth sound is more like a woman laughing than sobbing, though.

Precinct 84 and some other city-like campaigns. These sounds repeat over and over and start to be annoying very quickly. At least, in my case

Interesting because I never heard these sounds in the game. Which maps that these applied to?
