Finally got around and ended this mod of mine

A slight remodel of Oxxy 2007 bill that gives him Fingerless gloves and his shoe bandage that were present on the concept art

Includes:
-Shoe bandage
-Fingerless gloves on worldmodel and Viewmodel
-Beytuh bill

I started working on this mod a few weeks ago, originally it was going to be a simple retexture but i ended up abandoning that idea since it was hard as hell, i also tried to mix the beta gloves and retail bill hands but that didnt ended up looking good
