Quick Solo Challenge

Adds a new challenge type called Quick Solo with smaller maps, less reinforcements, and Multiplayer-challenge equivalent Pirate Kings for full rewards. Blueprints for unlockable ships are also awarded at all difficulties on Quick Solo challenge. This can be set by editing the world.config to make it the default instance challenge or the in-game chat command /set challenge = "Quick Solo". Keep in mind the chat command is for that Captain save, and you will carry it into other campaigns, where it will not function if they're not using this mod, in which case you will use the campaign's default challenge. Changes to challenge are not retroactive, any quests you already have or that were already on the notice board will use the same settings they were generated with. Remember to hold Left Shift while continuing and accepting to apply changes to an existing campaign.
