Fall of the Republic (1.5) - Unlimited Trade Ports

Since the original author, at least for now, has abandoned the mod, I decided to update it.

This mod lets you build an unlimited amount of trade ports.
While the original increased the building price to 3000 credits, I kept it at the vanilla 1500.
If anyone wants a "more balanced" version, please let me know.

This mod only works for Fall of the Republic 1.5.
