Lord Hero Swap: Scm Empire Secessionists Submod

This submod allows you to transfer Lords/Hero's from Scm Empire Secessionists into Hero's/Lords.

Hero's converted to lords doesn't always show up in the recruitment panel when wounded, to get around this you have to respec/kill/wound a lord in a existing army with units in it, the hero should show up in the replacement panel.
