High Elves: Battle Standard Bearer

This mod adds 33 animated banner variants for the High Elves. Every unit, except Rangers and Shadow Warriors, has at least one banner variant. Only core unit banners use faction colour masks. The Spearmen unit has a fully functional command group.

It should be compatible with everything.

Minor clipping

The idea is to add the whole command group with an officer and a musician, if possible.

I especially used ZC EMPIRE COMMAND GROUP as a staring point for my mods and
TOTAL WAR: WARHAMMER III Animated Props Modding Tutorial to learn about animated props.
