Description

Biopunk Livestock adds bio-engineered animals. These creatures have been created by the human hand in the distant past, their original purpose often obscure, forgotten or twisted over time.

GitHub release[github.com]

- Seven species of man-made fluffy horrors.
- Transactional mechanics: nothing is ever free, even if it grows on a body of a cow.
- A few undisclosed surprises you can find along the way.
- 8 colonist backstories based around places these creatures might have originated from.

- A Dog Said: Animal Prosthetics 2
- More Toxplants
- Toxic Plants Expanded
- Toxicity Evolved
- Sustainable Toxic Environment
- Outland - Toxic Forest
- Biomes! Polluted Lands
- VAE - Wasteland Animals (DO NOT ADD THIS MID-SAVE! May despawn meat from already butchered animals)

@Calypso I kept it intentionaly vague, but in short terms it is an inexplicably sterile but habitable world used as a sanctuary for terminally ill and heavily immunodeficient.

Hi! Sorry to bother you, but may i know what exactly a "Wardworld" is? The concept intrigues me immensly and i would love to hear more about them!

I see, thanks for the reply! I just always worry about bonded animals so much I hate to see them hurt.

@Hugalafutro The Animal Prosthetics mod has 3 categories of animals when it comes to how complex their prosthetics can be. Gutterhogs are category 1, meaning only the most simple ones eg. peg legs apply to them, like vanilla pigs and wild boars.-

Hello, sorry for bothering you again, Install Bionic animal eye operation is missing from Gutterhog. It is showing on Toxoga. Friends forever implant shows on both as well. Apparently eye is a limb though as I was able to cure the piggy with Regrow Limbs psycast, but I thought I'd let you know

Updated to v1.0.3
- Stopped wild gutterhogs from digging up items to prevent pawns from constantly running to retrieve them;
- Added compatibility with A Dog Said 2: Animal Prosthetics.

@Hugalafutro unfortunately pawn reaction to Toxogas is tied to their personality traits, specifically psycopaths get a -3 mood malus IIRC.
Hugalafutro Sep 21 @ 10:11am
Thank you so much! I like to get them bonded to remove their pain, at one point I had a herd of 20 Toxogas roaming my gravship, but too much is too much so I released most of them and only kept the bonded ones and gave them the snip.

Unrelated - Out of my 13 pawns only one of them "hates" Toxogas, she gets the -3 Toxoga proximity debuff all the others get +1, is there a way to make her like the Toxogas? I keep some sleeping in her bedroom anyway maybe she gets used to them :D
