No need to subscribe although it would likely help with visibility. Just follow the instructions below:

1 - Download the file from storage: https://storage01580.blob.core.windows.net/blobstorage01580/AF2001/WEP_1P_AF2001_MAT.upk

2 - For safety, backup the original "WEP_1P_AF2001_MAT.upk" from inside: 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\killingfloor2\KFGame\BrewedPC\Packages\Weapons\AF2001'

3 - Paste the downloaded file inside that directory -> override it
