[Map Sweepers] Dedicated-Server-Extension

This addon provides essential functionality for public Map Sweepers lobbies, currently including:

• The ability to vote-kick players
  
• The ability to vote to call evac / end the round early.

All vote options are integrated with the scoreboard (and can alternatively be run using chat commands)

• !votekick
  
• !evac

• jcms_votekick_enabled - enable / disable the ability to votekick
  
• jcms_voteEvac_enabled - enable / disable the ability to vote for evac
  
  
• jcms_votekick_threshold - what % of players must vote to kick someone
  
• jcms_voteEvac_threshold - what % of players must vote to evac early
  
  
• jcms_votekick_duration - how long to ban a player for when they're votekicked (default 30 mins)
