All that is known is she calls herself the Plague Doctor.

With a cursed staff in her grasp, she is a witch of pestilence,
and the visage beneath her beaked mask has long since ceased to be human.

From the decayed organs hidden within her blackened robes,
a relentless plague seeps into the air.
slowly rotting the weak from their extremities inward.
Where she passes, only the breath of sickness
and the promise of endless suffering remain.
