Ancient Grease

描述
Ancient Grease is a Mann vs. Machine map created in under 64 days in response to the community call out to make MVM maps & missions By Valve on June 23, 2025



The king of the fictional land where this all happened (ancient Greece)

Go on a backpacking tour to the far away ancient ruin near a visitor center (definitely not stranded in the middle of nowhere), now recently acquired by Mann Co.
Sadly, your relaxing getaway is cut short when Gray's robot army (with a carrier that can traverse water and climb mountains) learns about this recent purchase, launching an unprovoked and dastardly attack on this non-monumental visitor center (definitely no top secret data hidden here), taking down the ancient ruin with it. NOW GO GET 'EM!



NOT AS GOOD AS IN ANCIENT GREECE...

The map's vertical layout focuses on unique gameplay areas usually not seen in other core gamemode and MVM maps. (Those being verticality, vast open space and again verticality. Look Below.)









YOUR MISSIONS

- Greek Fire (6 Waves, Intermediate) - Recommended for first playthrough
- Ares Protocol (7 Waves, Advanced) - Recommended for first playthrough
- Greased Atomic (5 Waves, Advanced)
- Olive Oil (7 Waves, Expert)

HOW TO PLAY!

Adding missions to a workshop submission is hard. So for ease sake i suggest downloading the map from TF2Maps [tf2maps.net]

Hmm. Do you see the population files in TF2install/tf/scripts/population? If you downloaded it correctly there should be 4 files starting with mvm_ancient_grease_b1b.
If not then just drag them in there from the download under scripts/population.

nothing happend but the console said ''executing.
Can't open scripts/population/mvm_ancient_grease_b1b.pop.

If you load the map with the console command "map mvm_ancient_grease_b1b" it should work

If you drag in the downloaded maps and scripts folders into the tf folder, the downloaded files will automatically insert them self into the correct folders.
If you need anything else, dont hesitate to ask.

when i open the tf folder is has some other folders such as ''maps'' or ''scripts'' so do i need to put the things, i downloaded in those folders iside the tf folder or should i just put them on the tf folder normally? tell me exact folder i have to put it.
