its a mod made for our friend group campaigns. by the people who refuse the inferior soy version of crusader kings 3 (heresy) for the people who stay loyal to the original scripture

yes he is illiterate, meant except. it doesnt give any following bonuses if its a lowborn peasant

Is it a +2 for every councillor, to the specific skill of that council position? +2 diplomacy for the chancellor, +2 martial for the marshal, +2 intrigue for the spymaster, +2 learning for the court chaplain. I see that the steward, as well as having a skill bonus, also has a tax income bonus too. Is that the same for all the other councillors too? Will they each have a second bonus respective to their primary skill? Also what do you mean "Expect lowborn"? Like, "except" lowborn, so the bonuses don't apply to lowborn councillors? It looks like a fabulous mod that will add some flavour and realism, one that I have been waiting and looking for so many years, so thank you.
