Mod: Windows with sealed glass panes no longer leak heat.

Sorry guys, no puns this time. I can't believe it took me this long to think up one, wtf.

Windows are cool. I mean that literally; they act as holes in your nice insulated walls, sucking away the heat from your nice cosy base. What the heck do they pane these things with, ice?

Didn't we solve this problem centuries ago? Insulated windows have been a thing even before the space age took off. If stranded randoms on an alien planet can manage to create flat planes of glass, they can totally manage constructing insulated windows.

Changes the Small window, Window, and Tall window versions of the Metal and Carbon windows:

• The thermal material of the windows have been changed from glass, to concrete for the metal windows, and carbon for the carbon windows.
  
• The construction cost have been increased by 50%, rounded up. Construction time has been increased by 100%.

This mod changes some properties of the various versions of the Metal and Carbon windows, and so will conflict with mods that do the same thing.
