Okay, lemme address the elephant in the room. Yes, I know a mod already exists with Ellis in Nick Ramos' outfit. BUT, I made this port in like 2021 and never got around to uploading it so I didn't copy him. Okay? Okay, cool.

Anyway, now that that's out of the way, behold my take on a mechanic tinkerer vibe for Ellis! VGUI already exists based on the already existing Ellis Ramos mod, so I'll attach that as a "requirement" but it's really optional.
