描述
Make every skill point matter — vanilla-friendly.

Give skill levels simple and visible bonuses to the stats you care about — applied after the game does its own math.
No perk trees, no XML swaps, no surprises. Just clear numbers you can tune.

Works with all DLCs. Optional “Uncap” lets you go past vanilla limits if you want.

What it does (quick read)
  • Every skill level adds a small, sensible bonus to related stats.
  • Changes show up on the InfoCard so you always know what’s happening.
  • Easy presets: tweak values, save them, load them later, or revert to defaults.
  • Turn it on/off mid-save. Safe and lightweight.

How it feels
  • Shooters aim better and faster as they level up.
  • Builders succeed more and work quicker.
  • Miners dig faster and bring home more.
  • You set the pace: gentle buffs or big gains — your call.

Defaults at Level 20 (example)
Linear scaling past 20. “Reducer” means lower is better. % stats show percent; flat stats show a number.

Tip: For percent stats, type decimals (e.g., 0.05 = +5% per level).

Set up (1 minute)
  • Open Mod Settings → Impactful Skills.
  • Pick a preset (or make one), tweak values, hit Apply.
  • (Optional) Turn on Uncap to remove vanilla min/max limits.
  • Check the InfoCard — you’ll see a short “Impactful Skills — Debrief”.

Notes
  • Works on RimWorld 1.6 with all DLCs.
  • Load this after mods that add new skills/stats so they get picked up.
  • Don’t run the old “Impactful Skills (stable)” at the same time.

I want the melee skill to slightly boost tending quality and speed, how can I give them a different value from the medical skill?

i would like to have debuffs for low skill levels that zero out at 10 and become buffs past that

I found a problem: when the pawns are in the caravan, all buffs disappear. My caravan lost its additional carrying capacity and is unable to move on the map:steamsad:

can't find the stat which affects the energy shield max value, any help

Is there any way to cap combat stats? Having all pawns and enemies 80% dodge chance is just absurd. The post process curve is just plainly bad

oh yes I remember that.
The issue is: both mods give a bonus, being unlimited reborn the first then impactful.

That being said, accuracy is 99% but it's limited by the weappons stats, that being said the only way you can prevent from accuracy being constantly stuck at 99 is removing the accuracy def from the settings in impactful skills mod (you can do this in edit mode)

here to report un-limited reborn isn't compatible. Haven't checked the rest but shooting accuracy stuck at 99.9% even with or without uncap in config for impactful skills.
