Out of the four main Goddesses, Neptune is the most careless and carefree. She'll jump into things like it doesn't matter, and she prefers to do things her own way.

Well, as long as she gets it done, it's okay, right?

Besides that, Neptune is easily surprised and has shown klutzy tendencies. She usually displays an eager and perky attitude and is very affectionate toward just about anyone. She often gives people cute nicknames or ignores their personal space entirely. She even does things like tickling girls, hugging them, or touching their breasts. Noire is her most common target.

She also happens to really love food. She’s often in the middle of a snack or thinking about eating. This is especially noticeable in the manga and official artwork, where she can frequently be seen eating. She often receives comments from both friends and foes about her "pudgy" physique.

At first, Neptune was uncaring about important matters and was very lazy and impatient. However, she eventually learned that it was important to protect those who depend on her, and she made plenty of new friends along the way.
