Tactic 4-3-3 – You Will Never Be Safe
One single objective: win the ball back and never let it go.
This tactic turns your players into real mad dogs, capable of relentlessly harassing the opponent. As a result, your rivals will never be safe.
Defensive organization
Back four: two ball-playing defenders, supported by two complete wing-backs. Their mission: bring verticality, create overloads, and multiply overlaps.


Very high block: the defensive line is pushed up to reduce the opponent’s space as much as possible. Therefore, pace is essential for your defenders.


Midfield organization
Defensive midfielder: anchor in front of the defense, he stays in position to prevent counter-attacks.


Box-to-box midfielder: tireless ball-winner, he roams around to press and recover as many balls as possible.


Advanced playmaker: the true conductor, he feeds the attackers and creates chances.


Offensive animation
Two inside forwards: they cut inside to combine with the wing-backs and bring danger into the box.


Pressing forward: constantly disrupts the opponent’s build-up and finishes the chances.


Style of play
Very high tempo: when recovering possession, the team quickly pushes forward, not by aimlessly clearing, but through intelligent build-up play.


Aggressiveness and work rate: essential to maintain constant pressure.


Ideal player profile: players with high stamina, aggressiveness, natural physical ability, and good marking skills.
