Targeting Action Camera Full Disable and Kill Camera Disable

This mod full disables targeting action camera and disables the kill camera. The targeting action camera will not be used when using long-range weapons like sniper rifles, with this mod it will work with any weapon. Stay in isometric view.

*Note: When mod is enabled, cinematic camera mode will always be completely disabled. In the game settings for the dynamic camera option will not work.
