Imperial Beastmen are Bestigors (balance patch)

Rebalances the Imperial Beastmen and their shielded variant around the vanilla Bestigor Herd. For when you want to RP as a cosmopolitan who can make friends with the forest creatures, but you don't want your new friends to be able to solo Skarbrand.

The original version of these units have high armor and the unbreakable attribute, either one of which would already be quite powerful on their own, especially for a faction like the Empire which is designed to struggle on the front lines. This mod removes the Unbreakable attribute and detunes the units' lofty stats, so that the unshielded Imperial Beastmen are now equivalent to Bestigors, save for Expendable replacing Primal Fury. Similar changes have been made to the shielded Imperial Beastmen to create a more defense-oriented unit using the Bestigor stats as a baseline.
