Frontline Wave Defense

Defend you base from the combine attackers, but be prepared, they will use everything from striders to tanks, artillery, and bombers to try and take you out. You must use skill and tactics to survive.


- Randomized waves of combine enemies
- a couple of pre-set "levels"

- planes
- "mine ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥"
- tactical trolling device
- friendly rebels
- bunkers
- evil flying things
- "the bricker"
- striders
- chaos
- and more




- don't play on hardest HL2 difficulty
- remember to stock up on ammo and armor
- spam mine ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
- don't be afraid to fall back if you're gonna die
- think about what turret placements might work the best



This map is a port of my gmod map gm_devbattle3 (the addon is just called gm_devbattle if u want to look it up)

Since this was originally meant for a sandbox game, I can't be sure if people will find it as fun to play in HL2. Feel free to recommend any changes in the comments, If your suggestion makes sense and isn't super ambitious I'll most likely implement it.

Also please let me know if you find any bugs, glitches, or experience lots of lag for no reason.
