Gatherer Villages Expanded V2

This mod turns the Gatherer Villages at Dreg into small, fortified settlements; the refuge of Deadcat survivors and fishermen.

Adds the following:
-A mechanical, armor and food shop to each village.
-Gateguards and patrol squads to each.
-Deadcat residents can sell their houses.
-A "Gatherer Village Wanderer" start, which is the wanderer start but at these settlements.
