Pavane's [VManip] MW19 Flash & Nade Resounds

My custom resound for Resistλnce Member⁰⁷'s MW19 Quickflash and YongLi's MW19 Quicknade.

INSTALL THIS ONE BEFORE YOU INSTALL THE REQUIREMENTS IN ORDER FOR THE RESOUNDS TO WORK
(IF INSTALLING THROUGH WORKSHOP ALONE DOESN'T WORK, USE GMPUBLISHER TO EXTRACT THIS ADDON INTO GMOD's "addon" FOLDER).

Uma Fawx~ ♥'s Indoor Explosion Debris Sounds is recommended for flavor.

I've also included some lua changes:
1. Added 'throw' sound for Quickflash.
2. Slight readjustment of both their animation speeds to match their 'throw' sound timers.
3. Removed 'ticking' sound for Quicknade.
4. Both inertias are set to -1 (projectiles are now influenced by inertia)
