Update: added AdminRadZone and AdminWarp to minitoolkit panel if mods are installed

Adds Fenced Non-PvP Zones To Place And Remove For The Purpose of Smoothly Starting Players At The Same Time During Events

inside safezone non admin players are god mode(sandbox option)
this is mainly used for server wide event hosting
this is to prep the players
so that they dont die while they wait for other players

Sandbox option zone recovery feature
non admin players are god mode inside non pvp zones

to open the panel you must use right click context menu
but it should be close to your characters square (i made it this way to minimize cluster)


Important Note:
always use the panel to toggle the zone recovery feature
this will ensure the sandbox is synced

This mod is a beta version and will not receive update
instead i will release an alpha version sometime in the future

You may not remove this mod after using it
if you do, you might have lingering god mode players after un-installation
since this mod auto remove the god mode when its added to the player by this mod

also the demo tools (2nd parent button)
one of its child button contains an explosion so dont use it
